Images and videos can be grouped by sector, product, or other categories and selected from the online image bank. Approved users can create folders in Creators, upload images, and tag them with keywords to make searching easier. These folders can be linked to specific image placeholders in templates, so template creators can control which images are available in each spot. Licensed content can also have an expiry date for automatic removal. You can choose to store images directly in Creators for use in templates and documents, or connect to external asset management systems like Asset Bank (by Bright Interactive) or Adobe Experience Manager.

Adobe Experience Manager.
